You Can Use the Power of Healing Meditation!

In a healing meditation you are using the movement of energy to focus on specific healing goals and your overall well being. You experienced this (possibly without realizing it) in your first series of meditation exercises using the "Gold" breath. Gold is the color of healing energy and you can use this to promote good health and/or help to restore and heal.

In meditation you create an inner environment that is conducive to assisting your mind and body in healing. By letting go of stress, you can use visualization to access areas from within that may be the cause of disease and strengthen your system for prevention.

This is beneficial for all of your bodies - mental, physical, emotional, spirit (mind, body, heart, soul).

It not only heals the body, the energy holds a vibration of love for the heart and soul and the mental body feels empowered by doing something rather than being helpless. This is the healing power of meditation.

To over simplify - the lighter, positive, higher vibrational energy moves and dissolves the darker, heavier, negative energy that is stuck and creating disease somewhere in your bodies. With consistent healing meditation, you can help remove and prevent future ailments in many cases. This does also depend on the other aspects involved in your life path.

Once you get the feel of it - healing meditations can be done almost anytime, anywhere!

If you have been consistent with the first meditation exercises given from devaliving-training; you may want to consider this more advanced level of healing meditation.

PRACTICE 1: Healing
Continue to use the gold breath - you are going to add some visuals to focus and utilize this breathing and energy.

  • Get into your meditative state - use your breathing and become aware of any tension, or pain in your body.
  • Or you can think of a concern that is causing stress and then slowly sense where you feel that in your body - head? abdomen?, arm?, neck? it could be anywhere and it doesn't have to make sense to you. :).
  • Visualize this area as if you were looking inside of you - see your body as a grid rather than your physical muscle and bones body. Where on the grid is this area and what does it look like?
  • It could be a tangled knot, a black spot, a gross, muddy gobbly gook area - maybe it is the energy of a certain person causing the stress that has invaded your grid in one area.
  • Use your imagination and go with the first thoughts that come to you - no reasoning or logic allowed!

  • Once you have that area located -
    You are now going to use your gold breath to start healing that area, slowly and calmly-
    be detached from the process and results, just watch as if it was on a TV screen.
  • Breathe in through your nose, color the breath with your gold, and direct it to the area.
  • Infuse the area with the gold breath - and then exhale through your mouth and see this exhale as black.
  • Your spot may slowly dissolve and shrink, it may untangle or little pieces may break off and move out of you with your breath.
    It all depends on your image of the area.
  • Continue this visualization for about 30 minutes maximum - your physical body needs time to incorporate the energetic changes.

It will take more than one healing meditation to clear this area, since it most likely took more that one incident to create it. Keep chipping away at it :).

You may also receive messages about this damage and healing - be sure to listen and do any follow up processing required (often this is related to forgiveness) to release this from all your bodies - mind, body, heart and soul.
