Your Wellness Formula for Soul, Heart and Mind
Being well - your well being - overall wellness - wellness formula. . .What is "well"?
There are over 17 definitions for "well". Are you doing well (satisfactory, favorably)? Do you feel well (good health)? They have done well (effective, successful). Etc.
How about well-being? The state of being happy, healthy, and prosperous. And wellness? The condition of good physical and mental health and how it is maintained.
Your wellness formula is most beneficial when you take into consideration your bodies - mind, body, heart and soul. By laying out a plan that focuses on each (i.e. a formula), you maintain a balance that allows for receiving, feeling, acting, and being at your highest energetic self.
The second key to
preventing disease,
among other symptoms, is: Strong mind-body-heart-soul to withstand temporary incoming and outgoing energetic shifts.
When you are paying attention to only one or two areas, you can get out of balance. Lingering outside energies can get stuck (the beginning cause of symptoms) when the bodies become weak and susceptible due to neglect.
Striving for balance in your mind body approach is the best Prevention, and the fastest cure!
Here, with devaliving-training, you are getting ideas to create and maintain strong bodies (mbhs). You are going to work your wellness formula, following the energy flow from cause to effects (symptoms). The reality is that the flow continues to cycle through all four bodies so, again, balance!
Spirit/Soul -
your center, spark, highest being. Opening to this inner place in you is the most important piece - this is where you are connected to the "all that is". This is also where the energy could get stuck = unheard messages, lessons not learned, opportunities taken for granted, lack of appreciation.
Soul Wellness: -
Meditate
to learn what this space feels like, and recognize your Self. In this way, you can release outside ego chatter and stay connected.

Intuition -
practice developing your intuition so you are able to receive your messages, your guidance. Learn to trust your Self. Your life will be richer, full of synchronisity and purposeful.
- Appreciation and Gratitude are very strong high vibrations. Give thanks often and sincerely for each and every moment you are reminded of your connection. For example: finding parking, finding anything, something beautiful or memorable, a special moment, recognized guidance, caring from another (stranger or friend), a door held open, assistance with anything, witnessing kindness between others, laughter, hugs, smiles . . .Say thank you - silently or aloud.
Heart - You think heart, you think love. Love is your connection and your being. It is said that your heart area is where your soul sits within you. When you feel, the energy comes through the heart.
Heart Wellness: - Visualize!
Like attracts like,
so to attract to you what you want to feel, you bring that feeling into your heart. You can do this in meditation or just in a few moments at a time.
What do you want to feel? Visualize what brings you that emotion - you see it, have it, be it, experience it as if it were true, NOW. Sit with this feeling as long as you wish, constantly. (Do you see why you don't want to sit repeatedly with emotions that do not make you feel loved? There are times that you will do this, this is a step in healing. However, allowing the feelings to get stuck and not to, eventually, move through you can create unwanted symptoms in your heart and other bodies.) - Exposure - Like visualization, by putting yourself in situations that provide the opportunity to experience the desired feelings you can attract more of the same. What gives you those feelings now? Do More of It! Be creative, spontaneous, playful. The vibration and the connection is good for the heart whether or not it is exactly how you want to experience it.
Try these: anything involving others who are experiencing the same emotions (keeping in mind your highest good), concerts, movies, lectures, prayer groups, shared interest groups (classes, hobbies, discussions), places or groups that help others, public places (parks, squares), events, - Participate to Feel!
Mind - Your mind is your processor (not your physical brain). What you do and don't understand, how you make "sense" of anything, what to act on and why. To move forward, the mind gives the directions. Your mind needs a foundation from which to make decisions. If your heart gives input that registers as stress, anxiety, depression, fear - the mind will act on those thoughts and issue directions to react accordingly (which can make things worse or better, depending on your foundation. (Your foundation is made up of your spiritual belief system and knowledge that reinforces the desired reactions.)
Mind Wellness: - Discovery = constantly work on your wellness formula foundation and knowledge. Start with
finding your purpose
to add to your foundation. This will help you establish your intentions for desired actions. The "why" of understanding. Continue feeding your mind to keep the knowledge current and interesting so you are actively thinking. Researching on the web, classes, lectures, conversations, reading, can all stimulate your mind and add to strengthening your foundation.
- Plan = Set goals, create a mind body approach plan for your mind to follow. Lay out the path you wish to take based on what you want to have and experience along the way and your purpose.
Remember! Allow for adaptability and intuitive changes. You can always change your wellness formula plan. The idea is not to lock you in forever. You are giving an outline or structure for your mind to base its decisions on in moving forward.

Take steps now to start creating your wellness formula. Add in at least one step for each of the bodies, Soul, Heart, Mind. Decide where you want to start and how you are going to begin. Once you have solidified these three, then you move to Part 2 - physical body. There are two parts to the wellness formula so you are not overwhelmed and then do not make any changes. You will find 4 more areas to add to your formula in the physical body section.
The programming tool called FITT can be used for all of the wellness formula areas: F - Frequency, how often are you going to do "this" I - Intensity, or Intention how much are you going to do or why are you doing this T - Time, how long are you going to do it for T - Type, what are you going to do
Example: Soul = F - everyday I - open to my Self T - start with 15 minutes T - meditation
